validation on imports

all types of imports should be checked, there needs to be validation on the fields included to, to futureproof the feature. probably a ci issue. be mindful of this basically

665c8e905d import and export entire system should fully work now but dont rely on anything here. keep your own personal backups elsewhere like a spreadsheet or something
